Run and jump, throw your body through the air with reckless abandon and try to land in a MINI Convertible without hurting yourself too badly. Press 6,7,8,9 when you are in the air.
Explained in the begining of the game.

To complete a level you should gather all the same coloured bugs together before time is up.
